“Not at all what was advertised! Got my set and I opened up the one small weft and it was good so I opened the whole set and it was awful! The ends were fried and NOT thick at all! I sent them back in hopes to get my money back, maybe a new set but I was not offered anything.”
“Just and I mean JUST opened my package that I was SO excited to recive, to be completely disappointed.... There are definitely a few things wrong with them. One, the color is off. This is not a huge deal because I am able to tone them myself but still disappointing. Second when I ran my fingers through them a TON of hair came out, more then any extensions I have ever bought. Third, and the most frustrating, they are fried! I just cut my hair off beacause it was damaged and was paying for extentions to have the look of long healthly hair, not to have long fried hair which is what I just had for free! I have emailed them and am waiting on a response. I really hope that they exchange this hair , and fix this problem. This is not the product that they advertised on their website. I will post a update once I hear back.”
