“The order process and delivery was great. Overall my extensions are as expected. They are great quality. The only negative I have is I wish the thickness of the hair was the same at the ends. Mine seem to be a little straggly towards the bottom third of the weft. Also the "ash" color could of been more ashy rather than a bit golden. But overall I am satisfied with my purchase.”
“Ash blonde was not ash blonde at all! Had a bad smell to the hair and fake shine. Weft was bad quality and coming undone. Clips arent very secure, and the hair shreds a lot. Paid overnight shipping and did not recieve item for 5 days. Not worth what its priced for at all. Not buying from bellami again.”
“I was disappointed in the quality of workmanship but my biggest complaint would be the poor customer service.
There were random black and red hairs in my ash blonde extensions. There were short pieces of hair sticking out near the sides of the wefts. Basically, "sloppy" work. I was more disappointed in Bellami's customer service and as a business person, I'm shocked at how they treat their customers.”
“I am very dissapointed. I got the wrong color and I emailed the company to see if they can help me out with coloring the hair. I never got a response back and I feel as if they pay all these ppl that review their products just to get customers when in reality all they care about is getting money. Will not be buying anymore of their products. EVER !!!!”
“Love love love the extensions. I did notice with the set I received it thins out more toward the bottom, the thickness didn't really stay the same throughout the length. Haven't had a problem with this before as I am a returning customer. Even still, is worth every penny.”
