“Unfortunately this hair was a huge disappointment for me. I've heard such great things about it so I was very excited to try it but it disappointed in every way! Color is way off from the name on the site, lace at the top is very hard to hide. A brilliant idea for durability but too hard to hide. The hair won't hold a curl for anything. I've tried every method possible and it won't hold the curl at all! Not ok! It sheds like crazy and the ends break off every time I brush it. Again.... I was so excited for this hair that I bought 2 sets and both are awful. Very sad!”
“I have bought a set of ash blondes from you guys before and they lasted me years. I upgraded to the bellisimas thinking they would be thicker and longer. They were so thin at the bottom that I had cut off the extra two inches I paid for. I called to let you guys know this was happening and Iris helped me out as much as she could! Even though I lost money on extensions that I thought would be WAY better, the great customer service I received through Iris did help a little! 1 star for product, 5 stars for exceptional customer service!”
