“the color was nothing like the picture. And i opened the package so you wouldn't let me return them so almost $300 for extensions I can't use unless I pay to have them dyed.”
“The hair color definitely does not match as well as they describe it and how the model is pictured with the hair extensions in. The color had a lot of copper tones in it and it was a little pink. Very disappointed to have received this for the money I paid. I tried dying it to bring it blonde and it did not lift at all. They are literally packed away in my drawer getting no use at all.”
