“I love love my extensions. there beautiful & I honestly expected them to be a shade to dark for my hair color but they were right on! perfection. ONLYYY thing I find not good is that I feel like my ends are stringy & I researched a lot before I got them and everyone said that that wouldn't happen w/ Bellami but it did.. maybe I just have a bad batch. but there still beautiful & I still will use them everyday. maybe when I wash them they'll be different but I don't think so lol.”
“If you are ordering these for the first time if your batch comes out pinkish that is not the right color. I've been ordering from them for a while now I have never had a problem I always get the dirty blonde. This last time I had ordered my hair came out pinkish. Since I always order this color I didn't care to open the tester first. My hair stylist actually opened it when she was half way through cutting it that's when she noticed the difference in color. I understand the hair was tampered with. I just wish they could be more lenient towards this problem especially to a returning costumer who has ordered this specific color before. Besides that their hair is very soft and lasts me a while.”
