“I have purchased 2 different times and I have like the product for the most part but have noticed after months of use the clips to connect will go bad . When this happens the places can't be used and then you don't get the same look. I would love the ability to have replacement pieces.”
“Honestly I am very disappointed ! They are not good extensions at all! I tried emailing you guys and offered to send them back but you guys said for me to condition them brush them straighten them and they are still terrible! I spent so much money on them and am not even able to wear them! They tangle like you wouldn't believe! And the hair lost its softness immediately ! I'm a hairstylist going on 8yrs now and have used all types of hair extensions but have never been so disappointed! I wish you guys were willing to have me send them back for a new batch at least! I have done everything you told me and know how to care for extensions but I literally never wear them and when I try they look awful! I want beautiful long hair and feel completely taken advantage of spending so much money on something that feels like nothing since they aren't wearable! Please get back to me!”
“The quality of the hair is amazing! This is my absolute favorite brand of extension. The only trouble I've had is with the clips and small chunks of hair falling loose from the extensions. A few of the clips didn't want to stay latched down in my hair, and my hair is rather thin. They've been doing so since I purchased the extensions and thought they just needed to be used a little and worn in but they still don't seem to want to stay latched. I'm thinking I'm just going to have to replace the clips on the extension which is disappointing for how much they cost. If these problems weren't occurring they are definitely worth the money.
