“When I first washed and styled my extensions I lost SO much hair. I’m am and have been an extension wearer for years now and I’ve never experienced this much shedding. I contacted customer service and after sending all the products I use (all hair dresser quality) and photo after photo I got no where. I spent a pretty penny on this hair so I still wear it and even using the extension brush on a daily basis I lose SO MUCH hair it’s beyond frustrating. It went from 220g to easily 160g. NOT worth it”
