“I received the chocolate brown Bellamy extensions and two of my clips were busted when I received them. They tangle worse than any extensions I’ve ever had. EVER. Finally, they shed more hair than they should. I’ve purchased Bellami extensions in the past and never had this problem. They were amazing. Did the quality change? Cause when I drop several hundred dollars on a product I hope they are the quality they describe to be. I am a youtuber/beauty guru and I feel like I have to be honest with my hundreds of thousands of viewers but I hate to bash a company without talking to them about my concerns first and foremost. I’m hoping this review will fix any issues that I am having with my new (poorly made) extensions.”
“The colormatch was way off and I did not have the time to send it back and order different ones all over again because I had an overseas trip planned. I needed the hair for this trip, including several events and a wedding...i ended up being able to use the clips. I made it work even though the color is completely different than mine. The online color matching is not accurate at all :( the extensions worked, it just looked like I had highlighted, two toned hair. Not what I wanted at all but it sufficed. The pony tail, however was a complete fail. There was no way to make it work because the color was just way too off which is unfortunate because it's very beautiful and I can't use it. I haven't washed the hair yet but I noticed on the packaging that there is synthetic hair in this product but when I saw the Facebook ads it seemed like it was supposed to be a hundred percent natural Remy hair. Another disappointment. I don't hate the product but I will not order again :(”
