“I do like my extensions that I ordered, but they are very frizzy at the bottom and I spray them with Chi heat control before I use a hair tool and an extension oil once I take them out. Thick pieces of hair come out of the threading, and I have a special brush made for extensions... I just hope for the money that I put into them, they hold up... They matched my hair perfectly, and the length is great.”
“I am very happy with the quality of the hair. Shipping was prompt however I had to take away one star because I found it a bit ridiculous that to exchange the hair you were required to pay for shipping for he exchange. It's hard to determine your color from a computer screen. Maybe Bellami can start shipping samples first. I had to do two exchanges but thankfully after reaching out for my second exchange Bellami covered those shipping costs.”
