“I ordered a set of Bellissima 220g 22" chocolate brown extensions for black friday, which were supposed to come with a cosmetic set as an offer. They never came in my house so I wrote back to the company complaining. Maybe it was the fault of the post offices in Spain where I live. Anyway they didn't just send me back the extensions which finally came on tim, but added a big titanium hair curler and extentions hanger for free. And in a few days they refunded me for my order due to all my complaints and waiting for over two months. How great is that?! Apart from the quality of the extentions+the other products which was excellent, and a very fast customer service response time. This company really cares!!!
