“I ordered a set of Bellissima 220g 22" chocolate brown extensions for black friday, which were supposed to come with a cosmetic set as an offer. They never came in my house so I wrote back to the company complaining. Maybe it was the fault of the post offices in Spain where I live. Anyway they didn't just send me back the extensions which finally came on tim, but added a big titanium hair curler and extentions hanger for free. And in a few days they refunded me for my order due to all my complaints and waiting for over two months. How great is that?! Apart from the quality of the extentions+the other products which was excellent, and a very fast customer service response time. This company really cares!!! Best treatment as a customer I ever received, thank you Bellami Hair!!!”

“I was SO excited to get my bellamis, I even paid $30 for overnight shipping. When I took them out the box they were gorgeous! Very thick, long and soft. I wore them to work that night, and within an hour they were so matted and tangled, I couldn't even brush them. I had to take them out to brush them and a bunch of the hair fell out and they became very ratty. I continued to wear them 2 or 3 more times and now they are thin and are covered in split ends. I can't wear them for more than an hour wiThout them matting together and looking disgusting. I take very good care of them and only use products specifically designed for extensions and I have only used a curling iron on them once. Unbelievably disappointed that I spent so much money that went to waste. Definitely switching back to my Luxy hair extensions.”
