“I was SO excited to get my bellamis, I even paid $30 for overnight shipping. When I took them out the box they were gorgeous! Very thick, long and soft. I wore them to work that night, and within an hour they were so matted and tangled, I couldn't even brush them. I had to take them out to brush them and a bunch of the hair fell out and they became very ratty. I continued to wear them 2 or 3 more times and now they are thin and are covered in split ends. I can't wear them for more than an hour wiThout them matting together and looking disgusting. I take very good care of them and only use products specifically designed for extensions and I have only used a curling iron on them once. Unbelievably disappointed that I spent so much money that went to waste. Definitely switching back to my Luxy hair extensions.”
“Hi, I was thrilled and please when my daughter introduced me to your company, I had previously placed other orders. This one, however, had shed dixn of strands at every brush stroke. Even when the isn't any tangles:(... It had to had been a manufacturing slip. The previous orders didn't had this issue. I'd like to suggest to make same extensions at 16" since so anyone my friends and I, cut them to a more age appropriate length. I hate the waste:(.. I'm 40 years old and love the convenience.”
