“Hair was okay, granted I did go for a cheaper budle. Leangth I'd perfect. Shipping was a nightmare and was not delivered in the time promised. Email the help dept and was informed they could not help even tho I paid for my hair to arrive within 5 business days.”
“I do love my extensions. The color is beautiful. They seem to be of good quality. However, I found what looked to be pink yarn sewn into one of my wefts. I took a picture and would love to send it you guys to hopefully prevent this from happening again.”
