“We ordered this product but it was too dark and red. Although we had opened the package the pieces had not been removed from the netting. Thankfully you allowed us to exchange. However when we received the new plot the extensions were clearly used and curled. In addition the were not of the same high quality as the first set we received. Disappointed with the new set.”
