“The quality of the hair is really high put the hair is coming off really easily.. I sent a picture where you were suppose to rate my haircolor and help me choose.. I got dark brown when my hair is chocolate brown.. above that... you didn’t prepare me for a tarrif that was more expensive than the actual hair almost ... unfortunately bad experience even though there was good quality of hair.”
