“Got the extensions for my wedding so i could have the long hair i always dreamed of but i was very disappointed with what I received. The color did not even match so i had to dye my hair. The hair was falling apart when i got it so i did not get to use them like i had planned and could not send them back due to opening the sealed hair. I have heard so many good things about the company and think it was a mishap that does not happen often and want to give them another try maybe in the furture.”
“I love them they are beautiful except when I opened up the hair , two of the three clips were not placed on to the weft there for I had to go back and thread that part myself. I had to make it stable otherwise the piece would fall off.”

“I had an issue with my order. It was flagged and didn’t ship because I ordered it to a NYC address while in California. I thought it was reasonable that they flagged it - I wasn’t mad about the order not shipping. I received a call about the order and the woman I spoke to was extremely helpful. I explained that I needed the extensions as soon as possible for a bridal hair trial and how since the order didn’t ship when I originally order it the extensions were going to arrive late. She understood my position and set the shipping to priority so I was able to get them on time. Long story short - I had a great customer service experience!! I’ll definitely be recommending to friends and be a returning customer”
