“I was not shipped my curling iron with my order and had to send pictures to prove I didn't receive it. Then they still didn't ship it until I called again a week later. Not the best customer service.
I was a little disappointed in the hair I received but they were willing to send 3 replacement strands. When I asked questions about the hair they would not answer them just told me how to return.
Then there were issues with the emails not going through correctly and having to resend. The process just was customer friendly. I will probably try another brand next time I order.”
“I am not happy with the extensions at all. They're thing and hardly hide my hair. I had to pay extra fees for them to be sent over to my address, and the fact that instagram portrays an incorrect image of what the extentions look like in, I am not happy at all! Especially after the amount of money I spent on them. Ridiculous!”
