“The hair shipped very quickly. It blends so nicely with my natural hair. Not heavy and its full from top to ends. Holds curl wonderfully and is soft. I've washed it once so far with little to no shedding. I'd recommend this product to a friend”

“I bought the Bellissima 220g 22". It took over 10 days to arrive which messed up my appointment to have them put in twice. They told me they were sent FedX and gave me a tracking number that said they would be here that Saturday. On Saturday they never arrived but there was no update. On Monday it then shows a Wednesday delivery. Crazy. Anyway I was so excited when they arrrived. The color was a little lighter than I thought but they were so soft and beautiful I couldn't wait to have my old extension out and these gorgeous new ones in. I have use half a dozen different extension before and they are all different and beautiful in their own way. These however have been shedding terribly since installation. I notified Bellami asking if this is normal and if it will stop or if this set is defective. My answer was that...yes it is normal and that I did not have the option of an inspection, return, or exchange. What the heck... I have never had a company where you spend this kind of money tell you that even if they are defective you were stuck with them. I am hoping that the shedding stops but even if it does I will not be buying from them again for fear that if I do get a set that is defective I would have no options on getting them returned. Very Disappointed.”
