“This was my second time purchasing my bellami hair. My first time purchasing it I was so pleased with the quality and thickness!
This time was a bit different. I was displeased when I removed the hair out of the packages I found the ends to be dry and split, I thought maybe if I washed them with a sulfate free shampoo and gave them a deep conditioner they would look a bit less damaged, but nope. If now had them for a month and I can’t wven wear them because they all ready look so damaged. Quality has definitely gone down hill since my last purchase.”
“Hair came damaged and I was unable to replace it. Bellami wanted me to jump thru hoops to prove I was telling the truth rather than replacing them without question. Will never recommend and will make sure my family members stop buying as well.”
“They feel soft and look great out of the box but after one day of use it’s matted and tangled and feels horrible to brush through. I’ve bought better quality hair at a CHEAPER price at the hair beauty supply stores. Never buying again and this is my 2nd time bc I wanted to give Bellami a 2nd try and it’s the same poor quality hair.”
