“I’ve been purchasing clip in BELLAMI extensions for over 2 years now and every single set I’ve had has last a quarter of the lifetime that they are supposed to solely due to shedding & tangling. I take good care of them and do everything I can to prevent the copious amounts of shedding but I’m never successful. They are really good in quality upon the few first weeks after purchase but after that they shed like crazy and tangle like crazy”
“After the first wash, hair is not like before!! Got dry and is not smooth to touch anymore!! Some hairs are also falling out. When i heat style the hair, i smell fake hair. Got me wondering if these are real or fake. Definetely not my moneys worth. I should have looked for more extensions. Im very much regretting this!!”

“The Hair extensions themselves are great. Customer service however, is awful. I purchased the hair extension storage bag and it came ripped. I have emailed 3 times with no response and I've attempted to call. This companies products are too expensive to not have a good customer service department. I spent nearly $300 on my purchase and I can't even get someone to respond to my requests.”
