“I've purchased the bambina set two times and chose to go with the bellisssima this time. The website is misleading there is a scale to show which extensions are thicker and longer and this set is supposed to be thicker and longer than the bambinas but they are Not! They are definitely longer but the thickness is not there I have more trouble blending it into my hair since they are not as thick as I anticipated. The color is more neutral in person I toner them with purple shampoo and got perfect white. Id give the color a 5/5 but because of the misleading information and thickness of the extensions I would overall give them a 3/5”
“I was told to send a picture of myself and get consulted on what color I should get for matching my natural hair color. The extensions came when put up to my hair they did not match at all, they are a neon white bluish color. Cannot wear them, total waste of money. They look like Barbie plastic hair. Also did not receive the free ponytail needless to say.”
“Bellami has been my only source for clip ins for years. I ordered a new set recently. I upgraded to the most expensive and was disappointed completely. There was not enough hair. ...not even close. For what I paid and based on my past purchases from Bellami, I must conclude they have changed their products and quality. Such a disappointment.”
“Typically I love these extensions. But I feel as if this set has lost a lot of volume in a shorter amount of time than my other sets. Also the hair texture went from super super soft to pretty rough and dry no matter how much conditioner, deep conditioner, or oil I put in it. :((”
“I ordered my hair for a special event and ordered it in a very generous timely matter to receive them on time. I contacted customer service after my hair hadn’t been delivered by the estimated delivery date and they informed me that the extensions were out of stock and they would give me expedited shipping at no cost. Weeks went by and I still hadn’t received them. By the time they came in the mail, it had been 5 weeks and it was not expedited as promised. Very disappointing, would reconsider a different supplier for the inconvenience and dissapointment.”
