“I emailed Bellami to get my perfect color match and I also asked if they could waive the expedited shipping fee because I had a pressing event to attend. When the color arrived, it did not match but I had to use them because I had an important photoshoot... Bellami did not waive the expedited ship fee either. I will be hesitant to purchase their extensions again.”
