“Beautiful Quality hair however was sent the wrong color (blonde rather than DARK brown). With only a couple weeks away from my wedding day it was a huge inconvenience. When trying to communicate this with customer service there was nothing they could do for me to receive my correct order in time therefore needed to dye the hair numerous times to make it work which is something I wanted to avoid all together after paying almost $300 for the hair.”
“They shed a lot when I run my fingers through my hair. I dyed them once to a darker brown and the texture completely changed and became somewhat nappy. It sucks because I loved them when I first took them out of the package and spent so much money on them. But now I can't even wear them anymore because of its course texture after one dye job.”
