“very disappointed. the color was not anything like the video described. I ordered "ash blonde" and it looked orange next to my hair. the clips are not strong enough to hold in the hair. I spent almost $300 on this hair that I can NEVER use! they will not take returns if you open the package so the hair is just in a cabinet in my bathroom. I'm sick over the money I spent on such bad quality hair that didn't match my color. I will not recommend this hair to anyone. I am a hairstylist and know good hair extensions. when I contacted the company they did not do anything for me. very very disappointed!!!!!”
