“I’m a hairstylist that purchased a set of extensions and custom toned them to my hair level. (No bleaching) During the process they shed to the point where there are gaps of broken and missing hair. And a weft that is unwearable due to a clip falling off. I purchased from this brand because a fellow hairstylist highly recommended bellami over the supplier I usually order from for my clients. This is really disappointing due to the high price tag and cost of shipping to Canada.
I used nothing but salon quality products, treated with olaplex and have yet to wash them since toning them. I don’t understand how they could be in such a state just from toning unless the set is possibly defective.”
“Ok I will be very honest. When i first got these they tangled so easily and to be honest i think i bought them too thick so after awhile i put them in the closet. Well decided to give them another chance got them out and they look really great now for some reason”
