“This is my second purchase from Bellami and TBH with yall I have mixed feelings. The color, thickness and length of the hair is perfect. My only complaint is the hair does NOT curl nor do the curls stay. I bought a brown set a couple of months ago and they didn't curl as well. I've been wearing extensions for a couple of years now, so I'm not new to weave. I use to buy my hair from this one shop, but they closed down and I cant remember the brand of the hair I use to buy. The hair that I use to buy they would curl and the curls would stay in tack!!! I didn't have to re-curl the hair. The reason why I bought again from Bellami was because I thought maybe I got a bad batch of hair and everyone in the world raves about them. Overall I have to wear the extensions straight which isn't my favorite hairstyle. I guess I'm disappointed (idk I have mixed feelings) since I spent a lot of money on them.”

“I have been wearing hair extensions for a very long time. I tried many brands and decided to give this one a try. I was really upset when I got my first pack and the ends were damaged and super dry. They looked so brittle and ugly, paying almost $300 I thought the quality would be much better. I am diappointed, even when I contacted Bellami they did not do anything about it. Customer service is terrible, and so was the hair.”
“Think the hair is of amazing quality. However, I do wish the clips were closer together - this way I would not have to worry as much about securing them. It would also assist in not teasing or damaging hair to make sure they stay secure.”
“We did a lot of research, video watching and review reading before we purchased from Bellami. First our order was not all shipped and it took over 2 weeks to get it shipped out and another 10 days to receive. I honestly believe they ran out of the carriers and hangers and just let me have to keep checking. The pony tail was not even close to the color of hair I ordered. In fact, after 3 attempts with Bellami they admitted they had trouble with the batch and they were running 2 shades lighter than ordered. They were working on it and the new ponytails they said look closer. However, they do not allow returns on ponytails even if unopened. She offered to make an exception for me but I would have to pay for return shipping with no promise it would be made right. My suggestion is it's not black then avoid the ponytails or any other non real hair accessory. The hair clips are lovely and easy to clip in and remove just like the video shows. It is not ready to wear. It needs trimming and tweeking but I believe with practice it will be enjoyable. It is heavy and warm on the neck. If you are going to be sweating, it would be a good idea to apply powder to the base of your skull to aide in avoiding heat rash/itch. I purchased the travel bag and hanger and wanted the combo with the brush as well but it was sold out. I highly suggest the bag and hanger without it you have to stuff it in a small plastic pouch as mentioned in most videos.”
