“This is my third set of extensions I have purchased from Bellami & the first time with any issues. I generally purchase Ash Blonde but because I have recently lightened my hair, I purchased Beach Blonde. Online, the color is lighter. When it was received, the color had much more bronze & red tones than expected. Because it takes almost a week & a half to receive them, I chose to have my stylist tone the color a bit to better blend with my hair color now (instead of returning for a different color). To the naked eye, the colors blend. But I can tell the difference. Great quality of hair but poor communication & display of actual color.”
“These weren't platinum. Bleached them. They fell apart. I'm a cosmetologist. I know what I'm doing. This hair is terrible. They sent me a free ponytail with my purchase that's the same "color" (613) and it was the right color??? Want to explain bellami?”
“The hair is thick to the ends, which I love. Unfortunately, it began to get really matted after the first few wears. Now, every day that I wear them, the hair gets huge knots. Too expensive for the hair not to stay smooth.”
