That is horrible advertising and a waste of my 270$. I ordered a specific color due to your website picture and received a completely different color in the package. Seriously pissed off and frustrated. What a waste of $270 AND this is my second set of Bellami hair extensions that I had an issue with and there final sale. What a rip off.”
“The pictures show that bleach blonde is lighter than ash blonde I automatically thought that was a little strange. I very fair blonde hair so I wanted the lightest. So I took a A chance and bought it I'm extremely disappointed in the color that I got is more of a dirty muddy blonde I do not suggest buying them they are not true to their photographs.”
“The hair I received was gorgeous out of the extensions bag, but became a horribly knotted mess after the first wear. I used a heat protectant made for hair extensions specifically. (It's literally the one they sell) and I only used my curling iron at 300 degrees and didn't hold the heat on the hair Long at all. For $300+ dollars I was hoping for hair that lasted longer than one day. I will never order again.”
