“I absolutely LOVE my extensions. Really great quality. Thicker than all of the hair on my head out together. They blended perfectly with my natural hair and no one ever can tell that I'm wearing extensions. The clips are nicely made and stay in my super thin hair even when I don't back comb or put spray in my natural hair. I was nervous about paying this much for extensions because to me they are VERY pricy, but I do love them and very satisfied.”

The only reason i'm subtracting 1 star, is because on the website there is an option for 2 - 3 express shipping to Canada and the option is listed but when trying to place the order they told me it was not an available option and I had to drive to the U.S to pick up in order to get them in time for an event.
I can understand not offering that service, but it is listed on the shipping page as an option so there was some frustration.
That being said, customer service was very good and helpful. I did end up driving to the U.S to pick up express shipping, and I love the product.”
