“ The sample piece wasn't enough to see how the ombre extensions matched my hair. The color was correct, but I needed to see if the blonde started high enough on the extension to match my actual ombre. I couldn't tell this from the one sample piece. Unfortunately, I had to remove the extensions from the package to see how the coloring was on all of them, and in doing so, this voided the warranty in returning them. I am now stuck with extensions that don't match my ombré hair. Would love to be able to return the unworn extensions for another color, atleast.”
