“Literally chunks of hair fell off of my extensions after one use. No products were used at the time the chunks of hair started coming out, and I treated them gently so the only reason for this would be a product defect. Customer service was not the best because I was talking to 10 different people and had to repeat myself. Finally asked to talk to their sales manager because I was getting fed up, sent them photos of the chunks, and they still wanted me to send them back for inspection- as if it was possibly not a defect though the photos clearly showed the chunks that had fallen out within a day. They said it's not even a guarantee you'll be refunded after inspection; possibly only an exchange, so I'm not going to waste more time and money on this product/company. Terrible product and upsetting customer service. Where's the 0-star button?”
“I loved bellami and I have always order from bellami. I've never have had an issue before. Although this time I order the balayage it's seems they have a defect because in some strands they look like they have a pink color on them it's not very visible but if you look close you can see the pinkish tone on some strands not all. I unfortunately already open the entire package and I know I can't exchange but am a bit disappointed because I feel I can't enjoy them as much as I would like to.”
