“Hair is great. If you use a tester and it doesn’t match and you need to return or exchange beware. I paid for 2 day shipping for those to get back and so I could get my refund. They received the return the 13th of December. My money was returned finally to my account Dec. 27th. Normally when you bring a product to a store or when some place receives it. It just takes about 3 days for them to refund the money into your account. I wanted hair for the holidays so I bought new hair (I paid $526 each purchase) after I sent the other ones back thank goodness. I was down over a thousand dollars during the holidays. As a person that makes barely a living wage that’s not acceptable. I talked to a customer service lady and she even said after they received it which was Dec.13-14 it would be in by the end of the next week. Practically 2 weeks later I finally get my refund. The hair is great if you don’t have a previous set of extension to layer them I suggest getting 2 packs. I just had a horrible experience with people telling me I was getting my money back and me not getting it also KEEP THE RECEIPT AND SPECIFICALLY THE TRACKING NUMBER WHEN U SHIP BACK EXTENSION THEY HAVE NO PROOF OF FIND YOUR ORDER IF YOU CALL ABOUT THE REFUND OR EXCHANGE!!!! YOU CAN THROW IT AWAY AFTER THEY REFUND IT IF YOU DO IT BEFORE HAND YIU ARE SCREWED!!!! I have ordered from them for 5 years. Never had to return extensions except this holiday season great quality, worst online refund experience I’ve had. So just order the right hair and you should be fine it matches insanely well. I just want people to prepare time for the exchange and refund because it takes a long time. I wasn’t told to do so, but i just wanted to warn people. I could be wrong but I called and they told me by the end of the following week then sent me an email after I called them a second time the Friday of the following week I was suppose to get them saying it was going to be another 5-8 days. Anyway again hair is quality just be careful with returns and exchanges.”
