“Where should I start, the hair kept melting onto my iron, the iron was at low heat. After I washed them I set them aside to dry and they dried extremely frizzy I attempted to iron them at a low heat and again they would just melt onto the iron. I don’t know if they’re mixing synthetic hair for and human hair all i know is this company is going down hill.”

I ran a flat iron over the ends and they are ruined. Whatever plastic these strands were dipped in, completely ruined them. I am so disappointed in the quality of this hair. It is a lot of money to have wasted, just to buy human hair coated in whatever synthetic they have used on these to keep them shiny and more likely to hold a curl or styling.”
