“I've had these extensions for around four months. I've only worn them about 6 times. The color is great. I love it, it's the perfect balayage/ombrÃ©, but they're so dry and thin. I've decided to make it work because my hair is quite short. This was a definite investment and I'm disappointed by the quality of the hair. I've had extensions from regular beauty supply stores that have worn and lasted longer than these. I actually wear Sally beauty supply extensions while I wear these because they are so ridiculously thin in the bottom. As soon as I style them about 15 minutes later I have a huge tangled mess, without having done a thing. At the end of the day I'm forced to deal with extreme and excessive matting where they literally rip my own hair out. I know extensions tend to tangle but I've never had this problem with any other brand of hair. These frustrate me. Not worth it.”

“Terrible service. I paid for overnight shipping and was delayed because they needed a picture of my purchase directly from my bank statement and would not proceed without it. Very unprofessional, made me feel really uncomfortable to proceed any further but I did. They didn't even offer to refund me for paying the extra on the overnight fee I had originally paid for. I will NOT be making another order through this company again.”
