“The hair didn't come looking anything like the video. My hair is balayage / ombre, the hair came 2/3 dark and 1/3 blonde. So I was not able to blend the extention with my own hair cause there was to much dark. I emailed customer service and was told it's a 50/50 chance with which ever one you receive making when the factory makes them, half of the batch Is made more Dark and the other half more blonde. It's to bad they don't let you know that on their website. There goes 400$ after the exchange rate.”
“these extensions were so soft and nice, but the ombré was really bad and I had to dye them all to a dark brown color. I would've just ordered the solid color extensions instead of buying the ombré ones. I understand they are mass produced but it was a really bad ombré and I needed the extensions asap. They have all of the length and volume which is hard to find for my thick hair. So they were good in that respect but otherwise I don't really recommend the ombré. I recommend getting a solid color to match your hair.”
“The hair was terrible. If you google balayage, or even look at the display picture of the hair, you will see that that is NOT what you are selling. It looks like you took yellow paint and painted it across the hair. The colour was not blended at all and it was a terrible yellow colour. I ended up having to sell it for less than half of what I paid. Such a waste of money and time.”
