“Gave a three star not because of the hair but because of the website. Love the quality but was disappointed with the color. The hair is much darker than the pictures shown on your web page. Luckily I am a hairdresser so I could change my daughters hair color to match the extensions. The blonde was perfect but the brown is much darker in person than in the pictures. Paid extra for the thicker longer ones but hard to cut approximately 3 inches off to get ride of the wispy ends. Overall happy with them but like I said disappointed that I had to make her hair so much darker than she really wanted.”
“Not happy large clumps of hair come out of them every time I brush them. They thin out dramatically as soon as the hi lights start. Also they tangle like crazy. With other hair I have bought they didn't tangle like this till 3 months in. Super disappointed. Because the ends are so thin 220 isn't enough hair I wish I would have ordered all one colour... So that hopefully the tangling and thinned out ends would be eliminated.”
