“The quality of hair was probably a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10. The hair was very thin from mid shaft to tip. The "balayage" was not even balayage it was dip died ends. Just like every other companies claim to "balayage" or "ombre". Then on top of that the extensions became very mated in my hair and awful to try to take out. By the way, I do know how to take care of extensions, as I have worn clip ins for 7 years. I emailed the company about my concerns but never receive any replies. I have purchased more than 8 sets from Bellami and this will be my last set.”
