“I wasn't pleased with the delivery process and to be fully honest the extensions are definitely not worth the cost. The clips are awful and fall out of my hair... As someone who is an avid extension user and has never encountered this problem before im very disappointed with that. (No I don't have thin hair - that's not an issue). I read prior negative reviews about them - but took it with a grain of salt... Sadly to say I wish I had listened to the reviews.
Cashmere hair is the same price extensions - and I have no problem with them.”
“I originally ordered hair at the end of November. It is now February and no hair. I've had to return twice due to wrong hair color and then the 2nd set of hair is sewn in the wrong way. I've now paid $40 in shipping costs and no hair. Customer service is horrible. The customer service girls are condescending and like broken records "wait 7 to 10 days for an email response". I don't feel like I'm talking to a customer satisfaction service rep at all. I think that since there is a defect in the hair Bellami should do the best they can to get the hair to me faster and make sure their customer is in fact feeling satisfied, especially when paying $300 for the product. I paid for the hair a long time ago- missing Christmas, NYE, now Valentine's Day. I'm very disappointed. I'm hoping with this response maybe I will receive better customer service, but from what I've gotten so far it is highly unlikely.”
