“I had high hopes for these extensions based on my previous experience with Bellami, however they fell short of my expectations. The color was gorgeous, but when I received them they were already noticeably damaged with severe split ends. I sent them back to Bellami for inspection, and the process was tedious and frustrating. They told me my extensions were of normal quality and would not exchange them for me. They failed to communicate with me or keep me updated on the status of my extensions' inspection. Additionally, the clips do not hold up well at all and they slide out of my hair easily. I did not have this problem with my Bellisima extensions from Bellami, which tells me that it is poor quality of the balayage extensions. Overall, the extensions are extremely thin and poor quality, especially for the price, and I would not recommend purchasing them.”
