However, my last purchased was the Balaye 220 g mochacino brown and caramel or something like that . When I opened the box it seemed that it was not a balaye it was just all one color. Balayages are different tones those were only like a caramel brown . I thought about return them , but I thought that maybe it was like that because the extensions were in the net and I couldnt see the other tones . I opened it and I was disappointed when I saw that it was just the same color all of it . I have a balaye and I was hopping to match it with my hair but it does not match at all . Now I cant return them and exchange them for a new color because I opened the package .”
