“If I could give no stars I would. I received my balayage extensions and was not happy. What I received and what Is shown on the website are complete different. It is such a disappointment as I have spent hundreds of dollars and got a sad excuse for what was supposed to be blonde but it is so copper it looks orange. I immediately contacted customer service and have not heard from them since and that was a week and a half ago. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN AND DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!”
“My natural hair is very dark brown, like a level 3. I have been in the process of bayalage and it was at a light brown. I took the extensions to my hair Stylist and she lighten and added different tones to my hair and the extensions look amazing! The extensions are quite neutral, cooler, so if you have a very warm hair they will be a bit noticeable. Overall I am super happy, I jave curled them, and shampoo them and they are great. If anything they look better once you watch them because they get a bit more fluffy, like real hair. Totally recommend.”
“These extensions don’t hold curls well at ALL. also, every time I have ever brushed them (yes, even with a special extension brush,) groups of hair fall out of the seams.”
