“I ordered a set of dark brown clip ins about 4 years ago and they were incredible. Stayed healthy and smooth and are still in incredible condition. I just ordered a set of balayage guy tang clip is and they were awful :( very tangly and didn't hold a curl. Decided to wash them and a ton of brown hair dye came out of them. Air dried them and they were even worse than before I washed them. Not sure if they were a bad batch of extensions because my last set was so good.”
“I purchased a new set of balayage 220g on 5/10 for my vacation on 6/1. They had been on backorder for about 2 weeks prior. So I went ahead and ordered them and paid the additional $50 for expedited shipping. It is now 6/11 and i have yet to receive them. I’ve emailed Bellami and have gotten 3 different expected shipping dates. They have refunded my $50 but supposedly won’t be receiving my set until after 6/18, that is if they don’t change the date once again.”
