“First off, I have been ordering hair from this company for a little over 5 years now.
The quality of the hair over the years has decreased immensely. I keep ordering from this company thinking that it will get better and maybe I just got a wrong set or something. The last set I ordered (like a month ago) was just unbearable. It was the boogatti and the Volumizer weft is just way too heavy and all the clips get worn and can no longer hold because it too heavy. It used to be all just individual wefts, not the one big heavy one that doesn’t even hold up in your hair. So then barley a month later, I order new ones, a different kind, and the hair is just SOOOOOOO BAD.. I mean come on. 3 days of wearing it and its coarse and hard to run your fingers through. It becomes stringy and hard to brush. It’s really sad because I recommended this hair to everyone, posted all over social media for years, and spent an absurd amount of money throughout the years. I can no longer stand behind it because it’s so bad.”
