“I opened the tester piece of hair first and saw that both the length and colour matched my own. I then opened the actual hair portion, and many of the clips barely worked. They normally close tightly, but these snapped open within a millisecond of clipping them in. Also, the volumizer weft is a netted chunk of hair instead of just clips– there's no way I would wear that around. Wish I wouldn't have bought these.”
“Hello, I bought your hair extensions about a month ago , I brought my first set in 2017 and that set was perfect! Before I use the new hair extensions I brush them out and place them in to my hair but at then of the day when I take em out it’s all tangled up and it takes forever to brush it out. The hair looks cheap because of tangles and doesn’t feel at all like the hair I bought before.
This hair is expensive and I expect the quality to be good. This won’t do, demand that this be replaced.”
“I did not enjoy my first purchase..really but it was the purple ombre extensions...I did like they were colored but tangled and shedded a lot...so I did buy the more exspesive bogatti and they tangle so bad..very disappointed”
