“I was initially surprised by the amount of hair that arrived . It was very thick and lucious . Then as I got closer to the hair , it appears to be very broken , like damaged hair . It tangles when it’s clipped in but my biggest complain and dissapointment is the clips! They are HORRIBLE!!!!!! I have worn them twice and they are already loose , and tangled in the hair . In two of the extensions the clips don’t even work anymore . It is unacceptable that for such expensive product , it comes with such cheap clips . I’m beyond disappointed !!!! I waited so long to buy this product and I regret it . This product needs major attention to those clips . They should look into clips like the fancyhair.com uses. Those clips are amazing !! In any case , I will not purchase from Bellami again .”
