“I had high hopes for the Bellami extensions. At first I thought the hair had the same quality as most other brands. I’ve been using extensions for almost 7 years so I’ve been through plenty of brands. I let the hair do it’s thing for the first week, enjoying the silky straightness. During this week I noticed some silver/grey hairs in my otherwise black extensions. I’ve seen this before in extensions. It wasn’t a huge deal to me. However when I finally decided to curl the hair with a curling wand a bigger problem became evident. The hair was melting to my wand. This happened throughout every weft I tried to curl. My guess is synthetic strands were filtered into the real hair - whether on purpose or a manufacturers mistake, I don’t know. Nevertheless, for $300+, this is an issue I would’ve preferred not to encounter. Especially considering there are brands that offer the same quality, without the melting hair issue, for far less. I came back to bellami because I like the clips, they hurt less than others, and the wefts blend better but hair extension companies like Zala, my fantasy hair, and luxury for princess have the same quality hair as bellami’s without this inconvenience. So just a heads up if you’re going to buy from bellami.”

“Unfortunately my hair extensions came defective. The 120 gram hair weft piece didn't have enough clips sown in. And once I ripped that plastic void sign to open it ..I expected everything to be perfect because I also had paid and invested a lot of money to expect anything less. Also, the carrying case and hanger I received was not a "Gold boo gatti carrying case" ..it was a black standard one which was also very disappointing. my brush was not gold either it was a standard black and pink one.”

It’s so much hair! The new volumnizer thread of hair is amazing but kind of difficult to put on. I really wish they had a tutorial or something on how to properly clip that piece on your head since it’s so heavy. Anyway the set is lovely and i highly recommend these extensions. “I am more disgusted with these!!! So much hair BUT IT IS GARBAGE HAIR !!!! The hair in a Barbie doll is better quality. This hair matted up after only having it installed for less than an hour!!!!!! Then when I informed them how disappointed I am with my purchase they asked for a list of products I use... ( witch are all sulfate and paraban ) they basically told me it was my basically my fault because the PROFESIONAL products I use are damaging the Jaír but they would send me 3 new wefts instead of a refund or partial refund!!!! I’m disgusted that I spent 500!!!! For absolutely NOTHING”
