“Unfortunately, I was originally sent a faulty set with thin wefts. After 2 weeks I received my new set from Bellami and I was very happy that the return wasn't a terrible experience. After I sent the original set back, I was told that a manager would hand-pick my new set. However, this new set has faulty clips; some of them won't clip to my hair at all and now I am going to have to buy new clips to sew on to these extensions. I have never had a problem like that before so I was very surprised that a "manager-picked" set would have this issue. And, unfortunately, I don't have another 2 weeks to get a new pair. I don't think it's okay to have a customer pay almost $400 for a set that isn't at it's best :(”
“I’ve purchased three sets of Bellami extensions and surprisingly this set was my least favorite only because of the quality of the clips. I’ve had trouble with the clips on the volume weft specifically. When I try to clip the down to my head they immediately unclip so I can’t use the weft at all. Besides that I love the length and the color matches my hair perfectly!”
“The boogahti set is not thick enough for me and is way too shiny. I purchased them in brown black. There is alot of random colored hair (white,red, blonde, and pink).”
