“I ordered this set a while back due to all the great reviews, I was able to use it about two times and then it stopped heating up. I believe it's something with the cord. If I move it around or press on it, light turns on and starts to heat but it's moved again it turns off (super frustrating) when it was purchased I used a YouTuber's coupon code, so when I reached out to customer service their response was "Since a coupon code was used, we apologize but we cannot process a refund or exchange." Super disappointing, now I have a set of 6 barrels that cannot be used :( this review will most likely not make in, since I can only see 5 star reviews!”
“I love it and the heating temperature but everytime I switch out a different rod it SO hard to take out I really have to force it out . And i wish it came with a little stand attached to it to it doesn’t roll all over my counter whenever i set it down.”
