“Quality of the hair was so much better 2 years ago. The hair does not carry the same thickness from root to the ends. My last pair was perfect this set I just got is trash”

“I bought the Bellamy 6 in 1 complete curler set for my daughter as her birthday present. I felt the product was expensive but the reviews said it was a quality product so I was prepared to pay for it as a present I took into account the delivery costs to the Uk of just over £50. Unfortunately I was not aware that I would then have a further £80 to pay before Parcel Post would deliver this product. The item was taken to Customs in Peterborough and after a week I was told that I had to pay import charges and additional delivery costs. In total I paid approx £110 for the product and £130 for delivery. I complained to Brellami who very politely pointed out the warning on their web pages that further costs might be incurred in the countries they supply to. I did find the warning having followed a link at the very bottom of the page. I felt that the costs and possible extra costs should have been made clear at the point of sale. Bellami disagree. Do not buy into the Uk unless you are prepared to pay potential high import costs on top of the product price and the stated delivery cost from the company. In addition I had to wait an extra week for delivery to my address. Terrible service from Parcel Force but as they were hired by Bellami to deliver then Bellami should have been open about costs and fulfilled the contract to deliver the product.”
