“I bought and used this curling tool 5 times only, on the 6th try it DIDN'T work!! If you use the promo code then you basically screw yourself because you have NO WARRANTY. Had I actually read it all I WOULDN'T HAVE PURCHASED IT. When it "did work" it did amazing. now, after contacting BELLAMI they said they could send me the base for 60+ dollars. Nor counld she "confirm nor deny" that it was used. Only that returns go through "a series of tests". I will NO LONGER recommend this to my friends and family.”
