“I like the extensions, I dont like the little clips though:/ I had other extensions with bigger clips and it doesnt tug and pull on your hair as much! Besides that, I really do like them!”
“I purchased this product October 2014, and only used it twice. I hardly curl my hair, because I don't really have the patience to. A few weeks ago, I turned it on to use it, and it started blinking red and saying "error." I was in a rush to go out so I did not bother to check it. I turned it off and put it back into the box. When I finally got the time to check it, I realized that every time I turned it on, it kept blinking red and saying error. Nothing I did would make it stop and function properly! This was distressing because I paid $160 for this tool, barely used it, and now it's not working! So when I contacted customer service, they told me that there was nothing they could do about it, because I bought it with a coupon code and that nulls the warranty! They even had the audacity to suggest I spend another $160 to buy another set! This is ridiculous! Do these people expect anyone to purchase a curling set for $300 just to get a one year warranty?! I advise you to NOT purchase this product, because you will lose your money should something go wrong with it!”
